End-of-Sale

For all those who have purchased through Cisco Solutions Plus, Avaya or Genesys the end of sale and availability and access for all Nuance products is June 30th, 2025.

Pending End-of-Life

All Nuance products are slated to be retired by June 30th, 2027-including its flagship Nuance Recognizer ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and Nuance Vocalizer TTS (Text-to-Speech) and Conversational AI.

1. Continued Sales and support of Nuance Recognizer
and Vocalizer TERM licenses up until June 30th, 2027.

2. Extended Maintenance and support beyond June 30th, 2027,
